Remote Desktop Managed Client policy

I'm trying to deploy some Managed Preferences (MCX) via Open Directory Snow Leopard Server 10.6 to mixed 10.5/10.6 clients. I'd like to push out a policy to enable Apple Remote Desktop on my clients. Has anyone done this?
