You can only purchase from the itunes store of the country of your residence and you must physically be in that country to purchase.

credit card info input box accepts only NUMBERS. You can't type "NONE" in that field.

No, it refers to the security code on a Visa card. Zip code is your postal code. You are accessing the US store so you must have a US bank issued credit card and mailing address. The US store does not ship outside of the US. There is no Russian online Apple Store so you cannot set up a purchase account within Russia.

Apple has quite a number of non-US online stores accessible. You will find them listed at the bottom of each online store page. Look for the link labeled "Change Country."

I don't know what your friends do. Perhaps you should have asked them first.
