safari lag problem

before the old version 10.6.4 and the new version macosx 10.6.5 when browsing on the internet sites which contain flash plug in the safari is lagging ( especially when scrolling ). I have deleted the cache and all the history files and do all things that I can guess but no solution has anyone any opinion about this issue?
