Hi my itunes store wont work and it hasnt been working for a couple days, when i click on the itunes store button it says " The item you've requested is not currently available in the US store" can someone tell me how to fix it please. Thankyou

    I've had the 'store temporarily unavailable' window come up. Thought it was to do with old hardware, but seems to be with 10.6 too and spread geographically. Went in through 'Store' pull down menu and search. Chose artist surname - Schäfer. Chose Christine Schäfer. She's in Classical and could select genre, but not home house icon or itunes music tab next to it! So it's open as classical and has recognised my email id. I've only just done, so have bought nowt though. Same applies to 'Springsteen', just checked - 10 quid for 21 tracks but no dvds!

    access to i tunes store denied with following message:

    "We could not complete your i Tunes Store request. The network connection timed out."

    [i downloaded "vuze" yesterday; this is the 1st time i've tried i Tunes Store since then . . . unrelated?]

    i did the diagnostic, in re: firewall, and everything checked out "ok."

    I just had iTunes tell me that my password is incorrect. Although I just used it on my iPhone to buy an app about an hour ago.

    Also, after upgrading to 10.1, my podcast password was missing; I had to add it again.

    I too am having the same problem logging into the iTunes store. It says "The Apple ID you entered couldn't be found or your password is incorrect. Please try again." Got the same message after resetting my password.

    I see I'm not the only one with this issue. Ping is not working, and it directs me to a "Windows" error message (I'm 100% Mac). My iTunes password is not working, so I reset it---still not working. Something is definitely wrong on Apple's end since we're all experiencing similar issues.

    FWIW, everything was fine until I did the iTunes update. Prior to that, I was not having any problems.

    I've gotten this same problem, it started yesterday. I don't know if it is because I am running an old version of iTunes or not; I'm running version

    I've had the same problem since 11/14, when I tried to acces the Itunes store.

    I'm running V8.2
