Can you calibrate your monitor again?
Adobe makes Lightroom and PSCS5, you might want to present this problem to them.

Have you tried to select a different profile from the list in Display Preferences?

Things change with updates all to often, and its something we have to deal with.
Its not Epson's problem, they're just an appliance at the end of a cable.
You can downgrade back to 10.6.4 or try to reinstall the Adobe products again to see if they install differently with the newer system.
This is LightRoom 3.0? and this is PSCS 12.0?

Many of us have had numerous problems. see various forums etc.
I run 10.6.5 but because of another problem still print from 10.5.8

but colours are perfect when printing. Monitor not quite right but close..

But you must to do delete your epson printer and all traces of it in libraries etc.

Epson Driver Delete it and download new one If Northern American site make sure you install common updater too.

Make sure that you have completely removed the driver, then reinstall the driver that was working for you:
1. Power off the printer
2. Open System Pref. and Print/Fax
3. Highlight the xxxx printer
4. Click on the "-" sign
5. Close Print and Fax
6. Open your Mac's Hard Drive
7. Open the Library Folder
8. Open Printer and delete the Epson Folder
9. Open the PPDs folder find the Epson Stylus Photo R1800.gz and delete the file (your printer)
10. Close the PPD and the Printer folder
11. In the Library folder open the Caches Folder
12. Delete the Epson folder
13. Restart the Mac
14. Power on the printer
15. Now you are ready to resinstall your driver

make sure you do not select the GIMP Drivers.

Sometimes this fixes the issues

1. In Photoshop CS 5, go Edit > Color Settings.
2. Select North American PrePress 2 from the Setting menu, and make RGB working space is set to Adobe RGB 1998.
3. Click OK to close and quit Photoshop.
4. Re-launch Photoshop and try to print again.

1 Year ago, I upgraded to 10.6 and had the same problem with the Epson Stylus Pro 3800. It´s not only going darker, the contrast is rising too - in the end it looks like the Gamma is shifting from 1.8 to 2.2 and this seems to be the source of the problem. Nor Apple or Epson seems to be willing to solve this Problems with the shifted Gamma. Apple changed its colour standard to match with the windows world and somehow this shift produces the darker prints. I have been doing telephone calls for hours since one year, without any results that may be usable in my proffessional dayly work on photography - in the end I decided to switch back to 10.5.8.
It seems, that Apple and Epson are ignoring the printer problems.
