View Time Machine Contents?

When I open Time Machine to an earlier date...

How can I select specific contents from "User | Pictures | iPhoto Library"?

Select Mac Help from the Finder's Help menu and search for "time machine." Look for an article explaining how to restore files from a TM backup. Follow the provided instructions.
