Switching between Mac OS and Windows 7

Each time I want to go from Mac OS to Windows 7 I have to shut down the computer then restart the Mac holding down the option key to choose Windows. Is there a better way to switch between the two programs without shutting down?

27" iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.5), iMac11,1 Intel Core i5 2.66GHz

Thank you Templeton.

This should be Templeton to Simpleton. I thought you had to shutdown and restart while holding the option key. I went to preferences, startup disk and was able to select the program and then restart. Maybe in the future there will be an easier way to switch.

Hi Templeton,

Once I installed Boot Camp I can toggle between the two systems using this program. This is a much easier reboot.

you may want to try refit to get a menu for booting between win and os x

The PDF guide should have been starting point, print it out.
Without the Apple setup.exe (drivers etc) Time synch would be missing, along with a lot of other support drivers and features.
