iPhone 4 facetime no sound

Hello

Sorry for my english.

I have an iPhone 4. In face time the other people don't hear me.

If a put the earphone it's ok.

I do restore and make a new iphone but nothing.

I have a probleme with the microphone on the top.

What can I do ?

If no change after restoring your iPhone with iTunes as a new iPhone or not from your iPhone's backup, more than likely your iPhone has a hardware problem. The iPhone includes a one year warranty.

Although this thread is a bit old I thought I'd add a comment.

Check to make sure that there is not an app running in the background that is capturing audio from the headphone jack. Apps such as Amplitube capture audio from the iRig which is plugged in to the headphone jack. If you don't terminate the app from the multitasking dock it will keep the iPhone's mics turned off if you selected "Speakers" as the output device when you launched the app.
