DV25 NTSC / DV NTSC?

A friend is getting some 8mm film transferred. The transfer house says they can give her DV25 NTSC. Is DV25 NTSC the same thing as DV NTSC?

She just wants to make sure she can edit this stuff with her Final Cut -- and as there is no obvious preset for DV25 NTSC ...
