.ink file extension on my External Hard Drive

I had very big problem

last week, i let my external HD (OSX Format) to transfer some of my files to a PC. Using MacDrive, i was able to connect. But after connecting, i open the window of my partitioned drive and all of my folders were changed into files with a .lnk extension name.

I was shocked and tried to revert it in my Mac in any possible ways, unfortunately, i cannot open it.

My iTunes folder was changed to iTunes.lnk and cannot open in Mac OS X. I want to reformat it but I had first recover my iTunes and others.

Please Help.
