Difficult for anyone to offer any advice when you include no details about your system, version of iTunes, etc. Perhaps if you post back and describe your setup and the exact nature of the problem (for instance, does it seem to freeze only when performing a certain function, or does it appear to be completely random), and what if anything you've already tried as a solution, someone might be able to offer some suggestions.

Regards.

I have reinstalled over and over again. I have quit all other programs that were running and turned off Virus Software. Using the latest version of the program. New Ipod nano wont sync. Old Ipod shuffle wont sync. Program freezes constantly even when trying to just select a menu. Downloads start and stop. Ect Ect. Basicly program at this point is not usable. I see from other posts that this is happening to a lot of others.

Smurf, I'd suggest you start a new topic with your issue (use the "Post a new topic" link at the top of each main topic page). It's generally better to ask a question as a new topic rather than as a reply in someone else's thread. It's more courteous to the original poster, and is more likely to get your question the attention it deserves.

Regards.
