Itunes Equalizer Manual "Factory Settings" Needed

Hi,

I recently adjusted my sound settings on Itunes because my new Sony fashion earbuds amplified the music itself (I didn't get any special bass or whatever it is) and although clearer, made my music louder than I needed to be. Now, the sound seems a little quieter than usual playing from my macbook speakers.
I know I could just turn the volume high, but I like the fact that I can get great sound quality at a lower volume level while using the full-volume when absolutely needed.

Does anyone still have their manual equalizer settings the same as when they first used Itunes on their macbook? If so, would anyone mind telling/showing me (screen image) what they are?

I adjusted back the Itunes volume slider to about halfway and I turned off the Sound Check in my preferences and that seemed to help. Unfortunately, I'm still having to go up 3 notches on the computer volume for the volume output levels of 2 notches, 1 notch you can barely hear the music. I have my Itunes manual preamp settings even with at 0dp all across the Itunes Equalizer.

Thanks
