Some code or hardware in "their" device is compromised.

Mac Pro Quad Core (Early 2009) 2.93Ghz Mac OS X (10.6.5); MacBook Pro (13 inch, Mid 2009) 2.26GHz (10.6.5)
LED Cinema Display; G4 PowerBook 1.67GHz (10.4.11); iBookSE 366MHz (10.3.9); External iSight; iPod touch 4.1

hi there, i just received my iphone4 last week, and apparently i'm facing the same problem as mentioned; my screen would freeze each time my friend or myself switches to the rear camera while doing facetime.

i didn't hadn't done anything much to my phone apart from downloading some free games so i believe no code or hardware is "compromised".

any better views?

Welcome to Discussions, isyakim

I use iPod, not iPhone, but if you are seeking suggestions for how to resolve the problem you have, here are my suggestions until you hear better.

(1) Restart and/or Reset your phone: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1430

(2) If the problem continues, follow the troubleshooting suggestions there.

(3) If nothing fixes the problem, return the phone to see if the retailer can service
or exchange it. If you bought from Apple on-line: http://expresslane.apple.com/
