iPhone 4 - Downloading apps problem

Hello folks,

Recently, I have been experiencing difficulties downloading apps through the Apps store on my iPhone 4.

Once I select the app and iPhone jumps back to the first available screen, the downloading app remains with the status of "Waiting...". It appears to remain this way until I power cycle the phone. After a power cycle, the app is available.

Is this a known bug?

Various, Mac OS X (10.6.5)

this also happens to my iphone when i upgrade an app some times would say 1 out of 20 updates. and then it moved it to the next page. not a big deal for me. when it happened the 1st time i was scard that i lost the app and when i checked the app store it said it was installed. then i seen it on a new desktop page 🙂

This occurs to every time to every app, new or updated.

It only annoying if I wish to use the app immediately. Otherwise, I have to wait until I reset the phone.

Oddly, this wasn't happening when I first started using this phone two weeks ago. It just began happening this past weekend (no iOS updates!).

Another bug?

...and I thought my previous Android had problems. I guess the grass is not always greener!

this has happened to me once and I rebooted the phone app was available so I think it is definitely a bug in the os but not sure how many people told apple about it
