QR Code Reader App

I have the latest IPod Touch, which can only access the Internet at a WiFi location.
Is there a QR Code Reader/Scanner App than can capture and save a QR Code when I am on the road, so that I can load the link when I reach a WiFi destination?

IPod Touch 4, Windows 7

There seems to a few such app in the app store. Have you looked there?

Although there are several QR Code Reader apps, none address the issue as to whether the QR Code can be captured and saved when Internet access in unavailable.

Yes, it is possible.

You can save the scanned link in the app's History for access later on.

Scanning is performed locally and does not require internet connection.
