sync ipod nano with a new computer

My hard drive in my MacBook crashed and I now have a new computer. I am trying to sync my ipod nano with iTunes but i get a message stating that the content on my ipod will be replaced with the songs and playlists from my iTunes library (which is nothing). I want to get all my songs, playlists, from my ipod onto my computer. Help!!!
