How to disable microphone playback of headset

I just bought a plantronics .655 headset with USB. In Windows you are able to disable or enable the playback of the microphone on your own headset.

Everytime I cough or speak, I hear myself on the headset. It's quite annoying, does anyone know how I can turn this off?
