Warcraft 3 TFT and Mac os

Hello,

When I try to join an custom game in Warcraft 3 TFT, the screen freezes and warcraft quits all of a sudden.
this is happening with several people on mac.
any ideas?
Im on the latest ver of snow leopard, Imac core i7 27"

Not really, you see, I never had this problem before. I might be from the new OS update, or Battlenet update.
and when warcraft crashes, a report is sent to apple, not to blizzard 🙂

If Warcraft is not working, that is Blizzard's responsibility to troubleshoot and fix. The bug report might be sent to Apple, but unless there is some indication that it might be caused by Apple bugs, Apple will not do anything with bug reports for third-party products other than provide them to that developer. Games often have problems following updates due to their proclivity for using undocumented system calls - which they aren't supposed to be doing - for squeezing out every last bit of performance.

There is a difference between pessimism and realism. Thomas is telling you the truth that is the way things work. He is not being pessimistic. Take it up with Blizzard.

Very unlikely. However, even if this were the case, the only folks who could say for sure are the developers at Blizzard.

2- Maybe someone in this forum knows how to fix it!!!

Unlikely. Warcraft TFT is an old game and there are probably few here who have ever played it, much less still play it. OTOH, if you go to a Warcraft TFT forum, you can guarantee that everyone there is still actively interested in the game.

Guys this thread is for a warcraft crash,
So unless you have a helpful information about that specific warcraft crash, please do not post.

What Thomas told me is in other words : Don't post such problems here, it's not apple's job , it's blizzard's.
And I answered him : No, it might be apple's problem with their latest update, and because it's on a mac, there might be somebody else who had that problem and fixed it.
