Screen video capturing

Hello
How can I video capture my Mac's screen? I know that we can screen capture, is there a way to video capture as well?

QuickTime Player has "New Screen Recording" in its "File" menu. Click the triangle at the right of the recording window to select the audio inout. To get system audio, you need to install Soundflower.
