iPhone 4 not send MMS pictures...

I've noticed a problem with my iPhone 4 where I have not been able to send pictures to a friend (I used to BTW). It happened again recently with another friend a quick look on the interwebs gave me a few ideas but I have not seen a specific problem like mine. I am running the latest iTunes and OS 4.1 on my phone. Running it off of a Mac with 10.6.5 on it. Not sure what to try or do to fix the issue.

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.5), iPhone 4 OS4.1
