Bug copying slide with builds

I've been revising a seminar as I give it in various versions at multiple universities and labs. So I often find myself copying a slide from a recently revised version into another version I'm about to present. These slides typically have multiple builds on them, and I always find that the order of the builds is not preserved in the copy! So each time, I need to correct it by hand after I copy and paste the slide.

Has anyone else seen this?

Does anyone know a workaround?

Will this be fixed in the next release of Keynote?
