Cant Access Server Admin and Server Preferences anymore

After upgrading to the latest Mac OS X 10.6.5 Version and/or changing Admin Password (I dont know the reason yet) I dont have access to my Server Admin and Server Preferences.

How could I proceed to fix this issue?

Mac mini Server, Mac OS X (10.6.5), Mac mini Server

Update:

I use Mac OS X Server 10.6.5 (recent update)

I cant Backup with Time Machine to my Mac mini Server anymore, too.
I have also tried to access my Server Admin with an other Mac mini using Server Admin App. But here I have to grant access to "ChronoAgentLocalKeychain" within my Keychain. But for some reasons, my passwords dont work here... I will now try with my Mac Book.

I tried also delete this topic and to move to the Mac OS X 10.6.5 Server sections...
