How to remove Apps from Ipod Touch and iPhone4?
I download some games and I don't want it anymore. How to remove them from my iPod Touch and iPhone4?

You can delete them from itunes, then sync.
You can uncheck them in itunes and sync.
You can hold down an icon on the ipod/iphone until they wiggle then hit the "x".
