ipad cannot connect to network automatically after upgarde to OS 4.2.1

Hi,

it is the first time I raise up a question in here.
After upgarde to OS 4,if I turn off the ipad and start it again, it cannot connect to network automatically like b4 it is on OS 3.2.2., I need to click mail or click the web page then it will start to connect....and with the window said " not connected...." then on line...
Anyone know how to solve ?

Not that difficult to fix:

1. Reboot the router (unplug it from its power source)
2. Reset your network settings - tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
3. When your iPad restarts, tap Settings > WiFi > Other and re-enter your network name, security, and network password.

I tried that fix but mine is still choosing my 3G service over my wifi at home. My only "fix" is to turn off cellular data at home which I shouldn't have to do.
