Install for upgrade to latest ITunes will not work
When I am prompted by Apple to update my ITunes software to the latest version, I hit OK and it starts the download. Then it gets through about 2 minutes of the download and just gets hung up at about 7.4 MB of 12.5 MB. It's just a portion of the ITunes download. I'm not sure what to do. I have to end up stopping the installation and going through Task Manager to end the installation or it just sits there.
I really need to get the latest version of ITunes so I can update the software on my IPhone. I don't want to have to go through uninstalling the ITunes from my computer and reinstalling it, if I don't have too. Does anyone have any tips on what to try? Thanks.
I was having the same problem, the download would freeze at 14.07 mb, after restarting the download I closed the iTunes program itself and the download proceeded like normal.
When I install itunes 10.1, on the status screen: it says computing space requirements. Then a message appears that it could not access network location %APPDATA%\. So I have to cancel the installation. Please advice
