create a new user, make it admin, and try to install/update from that new user.
***** to have a user just to upgrade / update the Mac and iphone/ipad, but at least it wokred.
the theory is that a re-install o the OS will fix that... but at least this is a work around
Currently Being ModeratedNov 24, 2010 4:22 PM (in response to leftycf8)I was having the same problem, the download would freeze at 14.07 mb, after restarting the download I closed the iTunes program itself and the download proceeded like normal.Z0FE, Mac OS X (10.5.6), Owner is a Mac Dummy.....patience required
