iPad is stuck on rebooting mode after iOS 4.2 upgrade

I just updated my iPad to iOS 4.2. The upgrade process seemed to be completed from the iTunes application but my iPad is stuck in the rebooting mode for 45 minutes and counting. The iPad screen is displaying the Apple logo and a progress bar. The progress bar is stuck at what appears to be about 90-95% for 45 min without much progress. How long should I wait or should I manually reset the iPad?

Yesterday I was updating my iPad too. It happened the exact same thing..
After waiting for a long time I putted my iPad in recovery mode (without unplugging)
After this, the iPad started to load the progress bar from the beginning...
Then I decided to wait... Suddenly it ended (I did have to wait for a long time too after rebooting)
What I think you should do: Wait
Good luck
