Q: Download Dialogue Box not showing up

Hi,
When I navigate to http://myserver.mydomain.net/finalcutserver and I click the download link I see the getting started page, but the dialogue box never appears to allow the download.

OS X server 10.6.5 FCSrvr 1.5.2
I tried using both Safari and Firefox
Block Pop-up windows is off.

I tried a reinstall, and tried to reset safari - but no dice. Any ideas?

Mac Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.5)

You can reset your web configuration to default and restore the FCSVR website using this article:
http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1610

Thanks for the quick reply
I did try these instructions, they didn't seem to change anything. I am not getting the "object not found error" but rather I se the FCSrvr page, but upon hitting download I don't see the download dialogue box. I see the "Getting Started page that shows how to interact with the dialogue box, but not the box itself,

If you open the web browsers download window, do you see anything attempting to download at all?
