errors for synchronization

hi,sorry for my english.i'm italian and i don't speak english very well
ok,i have a big problem.
i have a mini norebook of 10" with SO windows XP
in my pc,every time that i connect my iphone 3gs to the itunes gives me error
2 errors.... error with MobileDeviceHelper and Syncserver
AppName:applemobiledevicehelper.exe - syncserver.exe
ModName:corefondation.dll

i don't understand these error because,my iphone and itunes always working good.

2 days ago the problems started.

i have uninstalled and after installer again ,itunes,but the problem aren't disappeared.

please,help me.thanx

That can sometimes indicate trouble with security software, Filippo.

Have you worked through the following document?

Thanks, “b noir”.. i have worked through the following document,and the test is all positive.
It’s ok the synchronization.

I understand,i can transfer all the files if I send,always “the errors to microsft”

All times,that I transfer a file,I must send ,always “Error Reporting”…so ,iTunes and iPhone can communicate.

I I think it's from pc.

Okay ... when you reinstalled iTunes, did you do a complete uninstall of iTunes and related components, as per the following document?

i have following your document,literally but the problem always here. 😟

I've been tested of itunes and all ok,all lights are green(ok)

now i contact microsoft.thanks again
