Iphone4 won't restore
If I didn't have such good hair - I would tear it out!!!
Just bought an iphone 4 a month ago. Didn't really have anything on it because I'm still learning how to use it. Noticed when I hooked it up to my computer today (Dell Dimensions e310; Mozilla Firefox that it needed to update iTunes and then install update on my phone. Everytime I clicked update iTunes a box would pop up saying checking for update and then nothing. So, I went to the apple website and updated itunes from there. Seemingly all went well. I then attempted to update my iphone. When I checked on the progress of the update my phone had a picture of the USB cord & itunes icon. When it connects to itunes it attempts to restore, but then gives an error message stating it cannot restore. The only way I have to contact Apple and scream at someone because my phone isn't working is through my phone.. which isn't working. (Flash of genius there!) Does anyone know how I can fix this?
