To make sure I understand your question, you want to add the email account for your work email, but do not know the settings? You would have to get those from your IT department. No one here, unless they worked at the same company would know those answers.
Okay, I looked up Vista Print and checked their FAQ's. They say that you can use either POP3 or IMAP with Outlook, so you should be able to set it up with the iPhone. They do not supply any of the settings though on their web site. You will have to check with them to get the settings necessary. You will need to get the incoming mail, SMTP and if they use SSL for their site. That should get you started, however like I said, you will have to contact them for the information. I couldn't get it from their website.
