How do I Copy a PDF Document to CD or DVD?

I would like to provide a friend a copy of a resume that I wrote for her. She uses Windows (sad is it not?), so I saved the file in PDF format in my Documents Folder. I thought by using PDF, her computer would be able to read the file. How can I burn this document to CD or DVD to give to her? Currently, she does not have internet access, so I can't email the form. Thanks in advance for any help.
