When I first installed itunes on windows 7 had issues with compatibility. Ran a compatibility check and computer recommended running a previous version. Now I can't run any new versions of itunes. On my user account it requires I give itunes authorization to access my account. Might that be a linked issue?
Just reinstalled the latest 10.0.2.17 version. When i open it I still get a message: "iTunes.exe has been set to run in com[patability mode for and older version of windows. For best results, turn off compatibility mode for iTunes before you open it. " I have gone into the program files and right clicked to check properties, on the compatibility tab the "run this program in compatibility mode for" box is not checked. So I do not know how to get rid of that message.
I get an error 13019 message when I try to sync my wife's nano which is the current generation. Which means my version of itunes is not current enough to properly sync her nano.
