I am looking for a solution for connecting Iphone4 with 64-bit PC W7 via Bluetooth.

You can quit looking, as the only thing you can do by pairing your iPhone, by bluetooth, to your computer is tether. That is if tethering is supported by your carrier & provisioned on your account. File transfer by bluetooth is not supported & the iPhone does not support disk mode.
