Two Artists with the same name in iTunes Store - how to get that split?

A friend has a band named White Rhino and they have two albums on iTunes; and there is another band named White Rhino - iTunes groups them together on the store; anyone know how to get them categorized as two different Artists?

iTunes has a special login for content providers who sell their songs on iTunes. It can be linked through here: http://www.apple.com/itunes/content-providers/

The issue should be handled by the regular contact who deals with the Store on financial and legal matters for your friend's band. Since the issue will affect royalties and display for two different bands, Apple may need to contact the other as well. Better get the process going.
