Unable to open page within a website

Some times I am unable to open a page with a website. I get a long string of text and characters but no page. Example:

What am I doing wrong, what do I need to do? Thanks

You don't have any extra software intended to block advertisement or other pesky sites?

If not, test in a New User Account - if it happens frequently enough to tell... - do these links work when tried a second time?.

https://store.opendns.com/setup/operatingsystem/apple-osx-leopard is worth a try-out too, just ignore the invitation to create an account - it works regardless.
