3D movies on a Mac Mini?

I am currently using my Mac Mini 2.0 Ghz, 4 gigs of RAM, and running Snow Leopard along with a Blu Ray Burner to rip my blu rays into .mkv files to play in Plex. This is awesome, as I have it hooked to a 720p projector in my media room. Using a Harmony, I never have to get off the couch to look through my collection! However, with all the hype about 3D, I am wondering if it would be possible to somehow implement a 3D projector, emitter, and glasses to go along with 3D blu ray movies, or if this is an empty aspiration.

Welcome to  Discussions!

As of right now, Blu-ray 3D movies would only work with a 3D TV with active glasses. Projection based 3D usually uses passive glasses and a silver screen, and I am not aware of a home type projector that supports that yet. Even if you could get that, you'd need a media source to go with it, and as yet that's not possible via Blu-ray.
