lost saved gamed history after update 4.2.1

lost saved gamed history after update 4.2.1

After backing up and syncing my ipad then downloading and installing the latest update (4.2.10)..after it was finished i had to do a restore it wiped everything from my ipad and i had to start from scratch! So after i did a sync, then did the latest back up that i had already did before the update i realized that i have lost 5 months of saved games and i have to start from scratch on every game that i had saved games on..

*Is there any way to get the saved game history back or all is lost..*

App data is save as part of the backup. It appears that somehow your backup got corrupted or deleted. What is date of the backup file on your computer? It is listed in iTunes' preferences in the devices tab. If yo have an iTunes backup you might be able to find a previous backup. You can find the location of backups here, in About syncing and Backups topic.

Ok in the devices tab I have 3 back ups 2 for the 27th nov which was the ones I did after the update and one for yesterday 28th.. The back up prio to me doing the update isn't listed...

Unless you have a backup prior to the problem your data is lost. Do you have a computer backup such as as Time Machine backup for the Mac?
