Texts with Pics Problems....

I send a lot of pic texts and it takes a while for them to go through, WHEN they do. Most of the time I have to send it three or four times before it actually makes it all the way through.

I have a strong signal when I send them.

What am I doing wrong?

Should 3G be on at all times or do I need a wifi connection for the texts with pics to work properly?
