Unauthorized iTunes Purchases... where do I report theft?

I just attempted to purchase an app for my iPhone when I realized my recent $25 credit from a gift card was missing. Assuming this was an error, I checked my recent iTunes transactions only to discover two days ago someone purchased $24 worth of apps and depleted my account.

I've since changed my apple password and deauthorized the 5 computers in the account (which is strange as I haven't owned that many apple computers in my life).

Where do I make a formal complaint to get my credits refunded? I keep clicking on links to resolve the issue, but everything just leads to a database of FAQs.

You can contact the iTunes Store Customer Service department using the form on their Support page (select the category and subcategory closest to the issue you're reporting and you'll find either an "Express Lane" button - just follow the instructions to get to the contact form - or an "Email Us" button) and explain your situation to them.

Good luck.
