How to deauthorize iTunes on a computer that you no longer have?

Hi all,

I recently sold my old MacBook to a friend. He has in turn sent it abroad to his mother. I forgot to "deauthorize" iTunes on that particular computer. Is there a way to deauthorize that computer without physically having it? Please help.

Thank you very much.

Kind Regards,
jghk

No.

There is no need until you reach the 5 max. Then you can de-authorize all.
