my apple id won't allow me to connect to my itunes store account
I couldn't log into my itunes account using my apple ID for a couple of days, however when i reset my password i logged in. the problem now is that i can't access/update my apps, i can't also access my season passes. it is as if i now have a fresh new apple ID. does anyone know how i can get my years of content back???
the content is on my mac. however when i log into my itunes account it shows no info of all my purchases over the last three years. it only shows info on purchases in the last 1 week since i reset my pin. and i can't update app purchases i made prior to a week ago.
Sounds like you are logging into iTunes with a differnt AppleID.
In iTunes, find one of the previous purchases.
Right click - get info. On the
Summary tab, it will show the account name used to purchase that file.
That's the account you need to log in to see the purchase history.
it's exactly the same Apple ID i used before that i am using now. i am really really puzzled. i have written to APple to express my frustration, especially with updating the files. i am yet to receive a response from them
