Ok... I take it that it cant be done.....

Im having a bit of a nightmare trying to use Mianstage as a multitrack, backing track machine....
Apart from the pause ,whilst it takes it time to think about starting.... Ive also had problems with rouge audio playing on different tracks,etc....... NOT Good....!!!

The only way I can get it to start instantly is to map EACH track to the start button separately .. do the same for each track mapped to a stop button.... ??????????????????

I have 4-5 stereo tracks for each song.....

I just tried running them as SETS instead of patches and it works....
I.e loading the audio files into SET level....
it starts instantly and a lot more solid.......?????????????? looks a bit messy , as you ahve to still open a empty patch per SET to allow navigating..... shame that it doesnt work properly at patch level..????
BIZZZARE...... we go into a full rehearsal tomorrow for a tour starting Tuesday..??????
