iWork '05 Trial

I purchased the activation key number for this product, and I cant
find the location to install the number, anybody out there able to help,
Do I have to wait till the trial period ends to install the key number

imac G4, Mac OS X (10.4.2)

According to Apple's Knowledge Base article 301608, after you launch Pages or Keynote, click the "Buy" button & then enter your serial number. Since entering the serial number can be tricky, you might want to take a look at my user tip, iWork: serial number tip.

AHHHHHHH!!! I've tried every hint and tip i can find on this forum and I'm getting really annoyed that nothing is working. I've installed iWork and my serial number will not work. Funny thing is I've installed it with this serial number before and it did work. Since then i've erased my drive and reinstalled everything so i'm starting with a clean slate. Any last minute suggestions before I go stand in line for 2 hours at the Apple Store?

If you reinstalled, did you update Pages & Keynote to v1.0.2 & 2.0.2 respectively? Also, if that serial number worked before, it should work again. Double-check the characters, especially the zero & letter O.
