this happened to me too so i connected my iphone to another computer in the house with itunes. itunes recognized the phone and gave me the option to restore the phone (which i did since it was new anyway). it finished installing whatever update, restored the phone. i went plugged it back into my computer and voila! works just fine now. if you don't have another computer in the house you might try restarting your computer to reset itunes or take it down to the apple store and have them restore it there.
I bought an iPhone 4 from a friend.
But he had the iPhone jailbroken, but I thought that was no problem until 1 hour later that I heard
that you can't update the phone + I wanted to reset all his settings and media (factory settings).
So i plugged it into iTunes on PC (SONY VAIO) and pressed restore and later when de updatedata was complete
the screen stayd stuck into the iTunes connect screen (on the iphone). ( it won't go to homescreen etc. )
Can someone help me with this problem please?
I don't know what to do with this.
