Navajo Font on iPhone

I was wondering if there is a way to install a custom font that isn't available in the Keyboard options menu for the iPhone. I see they have Cherokee. But I wanted to use Navajo characters like Łł Ńń Áá Éé Íí Óó Ąą Ęę Įį Ǫǫ Ą́ą́ Ę́ę́ Į́į́ Ǫ́ǫ́. I was wondering if that is possible. And if it isn't, then how would I go about making this available?
