I cannot use Hulu without Flash

Guess you'll just have to be patient while they launch their new (flashless) site 😉

The Hulu app does not use Flash.

We'll never know that, will we?

Actually, I suspect if Adobe were able to come up with a version that worked reasonably but Apple didn't allow it in the App Store, we'd hear ALL about it. 😀
Thanks for letting me know about the hulu app. I haven't tried it yet. Thanks again!
Thanks!
Yes, but t

Yes, but they'd be stupid to try when Apple's CEO has bluntly banned Flash from IOS devices.

Not true. If adobe had a WORKING version of flash for the iPad, and Apple didn't allow it, THEN it would make Apple look like a *****. Right now by far the majority of educated people understand why there is no flash, and they are happy about it, but if there was an actual working version (key word working) and Apple still wouldn't allow it, then that would change overnight. I suspect that Uncle Steve already knew that adobe wasn't going to be able to fix flash before he made his comment about it. I gained a lot of respect for Uncle Steve when he took his stance on flash. I want my Apple products protected, whether it's from viruses or badly designed software like flash.

No, they don't have a working version and they'd be stupid to work on one after Mr. Jobs' flat refusal to allow Flash on IOS devices.
A "Click-to-Flash" mechanism would protect you yet you still insist that others should be prohibited from receiving the content that they want. Good.

You're going in circles. See post at the top of the page 😉
Rinse.
Repeat if necessary.
they'd be stupid to work on one after Mr. Jobs' flat refusal to allow Flash on IOS devices.
That refusal only came in April 2010 - almost three years AFTER the first iOS device was launched.
And quoting Steve Jobs from that article:
"We have routinely asked Adobe to show us Flash performing well on a mobile device, any mobile device, for a few years now. We have never seen it."
So Adobe have had "a few years" to show Apple they can produce an acceptable version of Flash, and Apple have asked for it. But Adobe never delivered. How long should Apple wait?
Even now, a year on from that statement, it is still very hit and miss how well Flash actually runs on the devices that do have it now.
I can open pages on my android phone which even my IPad can't even open (those that require flash). Now that is sad.
I guess you win then.
