have to agree, on a mac you don't really need to worry about those things.
if by disk cleaning you mean deleting unnecessary files, I would have to ask what files you want to delete? temp files are deleted from time to time automatically and there is no such thing like a registry that would need cleaning up.
if you mean defragmenting then no, mac OS automatically defragments files when necessary, you don't need to do that
