Computer stolen, how to transfer ITunes library

My computer was stolen and so I lost my intire Itunes libray. It is still in my IPOD and old IPHONE 3gs. How can I transfer the Music to my new IPHONE 4 without the old stolen computer? I have a new computer with ITUNES but it will only sinc purchaced songs.

The music sync is one way - computer to ipod/iphone. The exception is itunes purchases.

Was your backup copy of your computer stolen as well?

It has always been basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer ( files/docs/pics/music/etc).

If you have failed to backup or it was stolen as well, you can try ( at your risk) a 3rd party program to extract the music, not supported by Apple.
