Well the OP is right next to me he has no way to reach this forum after his ipad screen crashed, so im actually exactly typing the exact word he tells me to type, and he adds that he does not like your inconvenient reply philip.
The abuse people get on this forum site is way out of order.... People ask simple questions and deserve a respectable answer... If the question is not to your liken then dont answer it..... I've seen way to much of this and to be honest its giving this site a bad name...
In answer to your question i think apple have about a 100 pound basic charge just to look at it... That was for a laptop, so i would guess its around the same price..... Do you have house or content insurance , maybe cheaper to make a claim .
